CIMEX floor machine: The 19" Cimex machine is the best for commercial carpet cleaning! It provides high production carpet cleaning rates of 2,000-3,000 sq ft per hour! The age is about 4 or 5 years but the machine received very little use. I used it a total of 3-4 jobs, twice a year from 2004 until 2008. Beyond that it was only used in my own home about three times a year. I would drain and clean the machine after each use. If you know anything about the CIMEX, VLM cleaning or encap cleaning, you'll know this is the very best machine out there. My customer base simply never allowed me to use the machine as much as I would have liked to. Now it is time for my retirement from carpet cleaning.
